Very comfortable boot from the moment you put it on. The weight is very light comparable to my Merrell high tops shoes. These are waterproof and I would classify them as somewhere between a very sturdy gym shoe style walking shoe and a heavy duty mountain climbing type boot. These are all day comfortable boots.

I have the 3rd pair of White Ledge boots! I like their fit and comfort...bit stiff at first but break-in pretty nicely. The soles have good grip...uppers are quite durable..easy to take care of. Definite repeat buy...still!!!!
