These are perfect. My size 11 wheats were starting to feel small so I went 11.5 and that was the right choice. I remembered trying wheats on in 11.5 and they felt big, not the case with these. I agree with the guy above. I wouldn't say it's a full half size smaller tho because these have just the right amount of space I needed in my size 11 wheats. Not sure if it's the material or insulation, but I went ahead and got 11.5 in the avirex and those for sure run bigger. Can even tell by the width looking down at them, and sole seems slightly bigger on the Avirex. Suspect avirex fits more like the classic wheats- and on top of that extremely soft buttery leather makes them feel broken in like no other timbs. But these brown leather heritage boots are great, basically a winter dress shoe for me that's a rugged boot. They were a must when I seen the pic and I'm glad I acted fast! Overall would say these still run bigger than regular sneakers (Nike etc) but not as big as a classic wheats Tim.
