I use these boots daily in a wet warehouse environment. They have held up well, and are always comfortable. Excellent waterproofing! I did have one pair that split at the sole after six months, but Timberland promptly sent a refund.

Great traction! Quality leather. I work outdoors in the swimming pool industry. They are comfortable for all day work. I average 7000 steps a day primarily over concrete and they are holding up great. I regularly get water on them and use them in the rain and they have kept my feet pefectly dry. I've received multiple compliments as they are stylish. I did swap out the inner soles for some high arch soles from another brand as i felt the original soles were too inclined, possibly from the thick heel padding. I would definitely buy these again. My feet no longer feel sore as opposed to the expensive sneakers I used to wear . I regularly use Saphir leather conditioner to maintain their appeal and to protect the leather. The outter soles are showing almost no wear!
