These are great boots for casual work wear. I've had a pair I've worn for 3 years the back did come apart after 2.5 years of weekly wear. These aren't redwings but they don't cost like red wings and way more comfortable. They are like wearing a tennis shoe almost. Extremely light flexible. No they probably won't hold up under daily construction use. I have had to run in them a few times and very comfortable also the sole tread hardly wears.

I work in a warehouse environment I'm a truck driver making deliveries sometimes use a pallet jack so the extra padding on the heel comes threw clutch best after break in period usually two weeks

Would highly recommend. Im flat footed with heavy heel strikes. These boots are very comfortable and the heel cup helps alot so your foot locked in
